1. Hi all, I teach Wing Tsung at HQ gym in Tyam where we cover all the standard curriculum of Wing Tsung such as chi sao, lat sao, forms etc. During the sessions we also work in some strength and conditioning training to up those fitness levels. Lastly there is a strong focus on self defence/ de-escalation techniques for real world conflict situations.It's open to people of all abilities, all that's required is gym gear and a mind/ body that's ready to go to work !
