"Read Between the Wines" Book Club at Ride-A-Bike
Details
Our book group will meet on Monday, November 24, from 6 - 8 pm at Ride-A-Bike in downtown Gastonia.
In case you are new to our group, we generally choose a "topic" for our monthly event rather than a specific book. For November, we have chosen the topic..."someone's relatives." Does that give you any ideas? It could be a book about Native American heritage, British heritage...a title with "aunt, uncle, brother" in it. If you can make it fit...read it and be prepared to discuss for a fun evening of talking about "someone's relatives!"
This is a very popular group and we cap the attendance at 10. RSVP early and make sure to attend. You are welcome to bring beverages and snacks for yourself or to share with the group.
In October, our members read books written by Carl Hiaasen. Check out the event photo to see the books that we read. December's topic will be "Christmas Around the World." Start making your reading plans!!!
