About us
Our gatherings are fun, casual, and inclusive events for Neurodivergent folx and their families.
Our gatherings are open to all, and we place a special emphasis on welcoming autistic and neurodivergent teens and adults. We strive to provide a supportive, structured environment where people can find a safe place to hang out and connect with peers.
Some of our gatherings are aimed at parents, advocates and allies of neurodivergent folx as well. Check back often!
Many of our gatherings take place in our local community - Shoreline of CT, but others take place on Zoom.
We will explore new activities and interests together. Join us for events like trivia, card games, painting, and open mic nights. Our gatherings are free. The only requirement is that you come with a nonjudgmental heart and an open mind!
**For more information on The Center for Neurodiversity, visit us online at https://fa-ct.org/center-for-neurodiversity/.**
Gatherings are funded through donations. Thank you for your support.

Tour Ray of Light Farm for Neurodivergent Folx
Ray of Light Farm, 232 Town Street, East Haddam, CT, USJames McTurner of Ray of Light farm is going to give us a personalized tour of the farm! We're going to walk around the barn and paddocks and hear interesting stories about the animals who live there. From the rare birds and zedonk (zebra-donkey!) to the tortoise and guinea pigs, we'll get to meet some of the crew! James will tell us about the animals, their histories and answer our questions.
Please wear clothes and shoes appropriate for the weather and walking on uneven ground. We will not be touching the animals except by specific invitation to do so. You are welcome to take lots of pictures.
This event is for Neurodivergent individuals (and one family member/driver). SPACE is LIMTED.
