✨ I'm Daisy Mayorga, a passionate technologist and co-founder of yüda, a company dedicated to Empowering Equity in Emerging Technologies. With my Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University, Monterey Bay, and experience as a Google Developer Group organizer and Women Techmakers Ambassador, I've been a champion for inclusion and diversity in technology, working tirelessly to create a more equitable community.

📒 As a project manager at Bitwise Industries, I oversaw multiple projects and ensured their successful completion. Additionally, I helped grow the training team and onboarded multiple project managers, furthering Bitwise's mission of empowering underrepresented communities through technology.

🍷 🧑🏽‍💻 🦺 📏 Prior to Bitwise, I spent 14 years at the world's largest winery, E & J Gallo Winery, where I gained extensive experience in manufacturing, distribution, training, media, Lean Six Sigma, safety, and development. Working in the industry, I got to experience first hand how the fourth industrial revolution shifted the job market in manufacturing to focus more on automation rather than manual labor.

🦦 🏫 I've also worked on award-winning technology projects, including the development of Spottr, a location scouting app for photographers. With a focus on creating a more equitable and just future through technology, I'm thrilled to join yüda to drive change and empower underrepresented communities.

💫 Personal Note: I was born in Honduras. Became a US Citizen at 18. I lived in the Bay Area when we first came to the US and grew up most of my life in Modesto. I have a 7 year old daughter who is a fashion icon and my super hero.

Lourdes Ovando is an experienced software engineer and data analyst with over a decade of expertise in the healthcare and higher education sectors. Currently serving as a business intelligence analyst, Lourdes is passionate about using data to drive meaningful insights and decision-making. As a Women Techmaker Ambassador and Google Developer Groups Lead, she is dedicated to inspiring and empowering other women to pursue careers in technology.

I've always been interested in the intersection of language and technology; I think about how we use language and how that applies to different types of technologies.

Rudy is a STEM Coordinator committed to drive impactful contributions across communities with a proven track record in education, specializing in Computer Science and Science, Coaching, as well as STEM PreK-12 Education, Artificial Intelligence, Physical Computing, Robotics, Curriculum Design, and Engineering Project-based Learning. As a Micro:bit Champion, Rudy has made significant contributions to the field of physical computing. Rudy's dedication to advancing STEM and Computer Science education is evident through diverse roles and impactful contributions to the community. In addition to his educational expertise, Rudy serves as the Technology Manager for CSTA Sacramento and the Communications Manager for CCCUE, Co-chair to CSforCA Coalition, AIforCA, and the NGSS Collaborative. With over a decade of experience, she has helped countless local businesses establish their online presence, attract more customers, and grow through innovative digital strategies.

Since launching Sisbro Innovation in 2015, Kathryn has led the company’s evolution from a website design agency to a full-service marketing powerhouse, offering SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, reputation management, and AI-driven marketing solutions. She is passionate about helping business owners succeed without breaking the bank, making cutting-edge marketing tools affordable and accessible.

Beyond her work with Sisbro Innovation, Kathryn is deeply committed to community service. She serves as the Vice President of the Puerto Rican Civic Club, actively supporting cultural initiatives, local outreach, and business empowerment programs. She also contributes to the Modesto Chamber of Commerce’s Progress Magazine and the Stanislaus County Farm Bureau newspaper, writing about how digital marketing helps local business owners connect with their communities and how farmers can incorporate digital tools to grow and modernize their agricultural businesses.

As a Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Advisor for Northern California, Kathryn trains and mentors entrepreneurs and small business owners, teaching them how to use digital marketing and AI to drive growth.
