About the workshop
What if you could build a fully functional AI app without writing a single line of code? In this session, we'll explore the art and science of prompt engineering by building a personal AI shopping assistant powered by Google Gemini. Starting from a single sentence, we'll iteratively refine our prompt – adding structure, live Google Search grounding, a persona, and edge case handling – until we have a polished, publicly shareable app called ShopBot. 

You'll walk away with a mental model for writing effective prompts, a live app you built yourself, and the confidence to apply these techniques to any domain. 

No prior AI experience required. Just bring curiosity and a browser.

Meet your instructor
Pras is a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Versent and a Google Developer Expert for Google Cloud Platform. With 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and network architecture, he specializes in AWS, GCP, and multi-cloud solutions.
