Welcome to Gearhouse - we're here to make the outdoors (and Seattle) a welcoming place. Many of our events are free and some have a small fee, all events here are open to guests and if you like what you find here or want to support, consider becoming a member for more access, rental gear and coffee discounts, and to be part of something new in town!

Rich Snyder is a stand-up comedian, award-winning filmmaker, and actor. Based in Seattle, he performs regularly in New York City and Los Angeles, turning overthinking into an art form as he finds humor in aging, wellness culture, and involuntary personal growth. His online videos have reached millions of viewers. In addition to his creative work, he has practiced as an anesthesiologist for over 30 years and has been recognized as a Top Doctor by SeattleJes Anderson:
Jes Anderson is an up-and-coming comic dedicated to sharing her crazy life with the world. Raised in the heart of Appalachia and currently living in Dupont, Washington, she squeezes stories and curious observations out from the rocks of her experiences. She has two, soon to be teenage children, who she is co-parenting with her one, soon to be ex-husband. Jes has shared the stage with some of the biggest names in comedy, including the legendary Bobcat Goldthwait, Brian Posehn, Donnell Rawlings, Brad Williams and Trae Crowder. Her impressive resume includes being selected for the 16th Annual NW Womens Comedy Festival and working with top-tier comics like Gabe Rutledge, Monica Nevi, and Nate Jackson. Jes, known for her spontaneous wit, intertwines her humor with a unique charm – a result of her trademark swaying back and forth that mirrors the rhythm of her own comedic beat. With each step, she not only conquers the stage but also battles her own anxiety, turning vulnerability into strength and laughter into a universal language.Adam Tiller:
Adam Tiller is a Standup Comedian, Podcaster, and Writer based out of Seattle, WA. He was featured at the 2025 Great American Comedy Festival in Norfolk, NE and the 2022 Seattle International Comedy Competition. Adam performs all across the U.S. and Canada at Comedy Clubs, Private Events, Corporate Events, Casinos, Fraternal Organizations, Correctional Facilities, and Breweries. Adam is known for his strong writing, and dark/ clever comedic sensibility. He has featured on the road for Comedians Dan Soder, Big Jay Oakerson, Dave Landau, and Brendan Schaub. He has also opened for Comedians Kevin Nealon, Jay Mohr, and Ari Shaffir. Outside of Comedy, Adam loves watching and playing basketball and watching movies.
