Saturday morning gym session (Jetts Belmont)

Drag yourself out of bed on Saturday morning and join us at Jetts Gym (Belmont). This is a social gym session where you can have a chat as we get in shape. This is a great chance to meet new people and motivate yourself to be the best version of yourself.
We'll meet at 09:30. You can do whatever workout you want: cardio, weights, stretching. Between sets/exercises, we can chat or *spot each other (if you're trying to get bigger). If you want to stay longer, then that's completely up to you.
*spotting means making sure the person doing the exercise doesn't hurt themselves and helps get the weights into the right position for the exercise
I need to emphasize that this is not a commercial gym session, led by a PT (Physical Trainer). This is a regular meetup for people to hit the gym and get in shape under their own direction. If you want specific direction, you will need to use the Jetts PTs.
I'm a qualified skiing instructor and have years of experience as an army Physical Training instructor but can't "run" any sessions as that would be taking business from the Jetts PTs.
If it is your first time at Jetts, there is zero cost as Jetts has a free trial week. After the trial, you can either get a membership or pay per session.
Cost
- The first session (week trial membership) - Free
- Membership at Jetts (if you come regularly) - $16.95 per week
- Single Session - $10 (i need to confirm single session cost)
If you wish to come, you MUST RSVP before the event so I can correctly assess the numbers.
