This practice session is facilitated by Jay Last and focuses on dyad meditation practice and expansion of our capacity for empathy.

General introduction:
We will study and apply together Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in English. This is a revolutionary way of relating authentically with yourself and others through building consciousness around: Empathy and Self-Empathy, Compassion, Emotional Freedom, Self-Expression among others essential elements!
The goal is to grow our capacity to communicate and exist in Truth from the Heart.

At +8:00 we will be there to welcome participants, offer a general introduction and answer questions for newcomers before the actual practice session starts at 18:15.
Wear comfy clothes, as we sit on cushions and mats.

• 18:00 All participants welcome & Introduction to NVC, Q&A (useful if this is your first contact)
• 18:15 Opening rounds
• 18:30 NVC practice on the theme of the session
• 20:15 Closing rounds
• 20:30 Finished
