In this online event, we will circulate around the themes of Change and what we learn about ourselves from those cycles.
During the summer, what did you learn about your energy and priorities?
What did you love doing? What took energy and time from you that you did not like?
What made you move closer toward yourself? What distant you from who you are?
What needs to change in your life now or soon? Does it feel freeing or terrifying?
Ladies, life is about the choices we make when we reflect WELL and authentically. We will ride the wave of change together as we dive into topics that are both light and some are deep, but all of them are incredibly enriching and not usually tended well with our circle of friends and family.
Let's book to engage, learn, and transform together. The day that follows this event will be the Autumn official date (Fall Equinox). We will breathe into this new season while feeling 'completed' from the past season. And this, makes all the difference in giving us a FRESH lens for the future.
