G-O Christmas Canvas Picnic

Hey there Awesome Get-Outsiders! Come and join us for a Christmas picnic and hand-painting at Cornwall Park this December.

• Meet Up Time: Please meet by the Acacia Cottage at Cornwall Park at 4.00pm on Sunday, the 20th of December 2026. We will have a picnic and a canvas painting session G-O style.

• Event description: We will have a shared picnic along with a group canvas painting session. Please feel free to bring a clearly labeled, easily shareable finger food dish to contribute to the picnic. The label should contain the following information: 1) Vegetarian/Vegan (or not) 2) Dairy-free (or not) 3) Gluten-free (or not) 4) Nuts present or not 5) Soy present or not.

• RSVP to this event: Please only RSVP Yes to this event if you are genuinely intending on coming. If your circumstances change and you are unable to attend please change RSVP asap to allow other people the chance to attend. Once available spaces are full for the event there is a waiting list option you can join. If you RSVP and don't show up or contact us, it will be treated as a 'No Show' and may be removed from the group.

• Transport/Car Pooling: If you can offer rides to people or wish to request if you can carpool with someone then you please mention this in the Whatsapp chat for our group (with the specific events details) and contact each other from there.

• Costs: This is a free event.
