It looks like it will be a beautiful day for this favorite circuit hike featuring multiple waterfalls and swimming holes surrounded by mountain views, a lush forest, and magnificent rock outcroppings.

Notes: Although it has been dry, there is a chance for wet feet. Be prepared for water crossing.
An optional tailgate will follow the hike. Bring a chair, a beverage and/or a snack at your discretion.
Hike Description - We will start at the bottom of the valley taking the Cedar Run Trail. This trail is steep and rocky but also has opportunity to take a break and dip our feet in the water or slide down the rock slide into the swimming hole below. When we reach the top of Cedar Run we will turn right taking the connector trail leading to the top of White Oak Canyon. We will have many vistas and more swimming hole opportunities as we descend back to the parking area.

Weather - If inclement weather necessitates canceling or postponing the hike, the decision will be made no later than 7:00AM - cancellations will be posted on the hike comments section. Steady rain with not much chance of clearing and/or dangerous conditions will call for postponing the hike.
RSVP - If you find that you are NOT going to be able to attend the hike, please update your RSVP to”No” as soon as possible. This allows those on the waitlist to have the opportunity to attend.
