Ready to Get Back to Running? Let’s Do It Together!

Has running been on pause for you? Maybe life got busy, an injury held you back, or motivation just faded. Wherever you are in your journey, this Weekly Running Prep & Progressive Run Times Meetup is designed to help you restart with intention and ease.

Each session includes: ✨ 30-Minute GYROKINESIS® Cardiovascular Class (Zoom) – A guided movement and breath practice that primes your body for running, helping improve mobility, endurance, and breath control. 🏃 Self-Directed Run – After class, set your timer and head out at your own pace. Choose your run time based on your personal goal, and each week, we’ll gradually build on it—with strategies for staying engaged, creative, and mindful.

This isn’t just about logging miles—it’s about running smarter, feeling stronger, and staying inspired. Whether you're easing back in or striving for a new goal, you’ll have a supportive space to reconnect with your stride.
