Join us for a weekly Running Wellness Workshop focused on preparation & increasing endurance with mindfulness. We will start with a GYROKINESIS® technique called cardiovascular breathing for OPTIMAL circulation & physical readiness. The workshop will then transition into your personal run or if you are on-site, a short group run near the regional park. We'll practice incorporating creativity to stay present and engaged while running. Runners of all levels are welcome to join, whether you're looking to build yourself back up or to enhance your performance.
