Let’s enjoy a Good Friday 6km walk around Emerald Lakes + refreshments :)

Walking from outside the Alabaster Drive entrance to Emerald Lakes Golf Club (park in the golf club carpark then walk out to meet at the gate), we’ll see the imposing People’s First Carrara Stadium as we head along paths around the golf course and across to the Emerald Lakes parklands. We’ll enjoy a clockwise loop around the lake and parklands before moving up to admire the European inspired village (and replica Statue of David), then back down along the lake boardwalk as we return back towards Emerald Lakes Golf Clubhouse where we will finish and enjoy some well earned refreshments.
This walk is around 6km on paths that are uneven at times and with slopes and steps. We walk at a medium to fast pace.
We’ll book a table and enjoy social chat and refreshments at Emerald Lakes Golf Clubhouse afterwards :)
Bring: a $2 donation towards the meetup costs, hat, water bottle and appropriate footwear. If you would prefer to donate $10 you can forget the gold coins and attend all events until March 2027!!
