Chief Mountain...a happy place for views worth troddin'.

This hike is only 2.9 miles but with 987 ft of sometimes rocky, exposed, climb including lots of fine moutain vistas. Expect ample sun with temps into the 80s. BRING: Weather appropriate gear. Extra water. Emergency info and personal safety needs. Snacks for the trail and /or optional after-hike picnic. All are welcome, including well behaved dogs on leash.
