This is an out and back, 5.6 mile go with 997 ft of climb and a nice mix of forest, flowers, and views. Expect ample sun with a high near 80. BRING: Weather appropriate gear. Extra water. Emergency info and personal safety needs. Snacks for the trail and /or optional after-hike picnic. All are welcome, including well behaved dogs on leash.
