• What we'll do
From the WEST trailhead we'll take Castle and Walker's Dream trails to the Summer White House Site; then reverse to the Two-Dog overlook, Meadow, and Old Ute for more great views; then head back along Tower Trail to Mount Falcon, and home via Castle...All that in only 5.6 miles with multiple, but moderate climbs. Expect some sun with a high near 40.
• What to bring
Weather appropriate gear, including traction just in case, extra water, emergency info, personal safety supplies, and snacks for the trail and/or optional after-hike picnic. Well behaved dogs on leash with tidy owners are also welcome.
