Under a Supermoon, the moon is the closest distance to the Earth increasing its gravitational pull by 30% leading to higher tides known as “King Tides.” Most of the human body is water, with an average of roughly 60%. Our blood is 80% water; the liquid part of blood, called plasma, is primarily made of water, accounting for roughly 90% of its volume. Every cell in your system feels the gravitational shift of a Supermoon, leading to heightened emotional sensitivity and energy levels sometimes days before it reaches its peak. At this time, a “pattern loosening window” opens; this is the portal we will be working with Wednesday. Normally, patterns engrained by generational trauma are locked in place by neural pathways, but during a supermoon portal the increased gravitational field creates flexibility in these pathways, allowing us to break free from their grip,
