Google/Other Project Management Certificate Prep Sessions

A Community-Led Preparation Series for Aspiring and Early/Mid-Career Project Managers
This instructor-led workshop series is designed for the developer community with a dedicated focus on project management skills. Participants will learn alongside peers, supported by experienced practitioners and community volunteers, with opportunities for discussion, reflection, and shared learning.

The sessions emphasize practical, transferable project management concepts that developers and aspiring PMs can apply directly to their projects, teams, and career growth. The learning flow has been designed with consideration for commonly used project management certification pathways, including the Google Project Management Certificate, while remaining broadly applicable across roles and industries.

Participants will also be guided toward relevant Google Skills learning resources to support continued learning beyond the workshops.

This series is facilitated by volunteers and industry practitioners who are contributing their time and experience to strengthen community learning and professional development.
