N89ers Ride - Cornish - Plainfield Loop

Meet at the unpaved parking lot at the kayak put-in on NH-12A one-half mile north of the Windsor, VT bridge. (There is an NH Wildlife Management sign at the entrance.) Bike through the pleasant countryside in Plainfield, NH. There are a couple of short hills at the beginning of the ride followed by very gentle climbing on Stage Rd. There is a lot of downhill on the second half of the ride! Total distance 20.4 miles.
We will ride at an average speed of 12 mph with several stops and regroups. Bring water, and a snack to enjoy at Cornish Flat.
Ride departs at 9:30.
SAFETY FIRST!
- This is a no-drop ride. Average pace will be 10-12 mph. While the ride is considered "no drop," riders are expected to make a reasonable effort to maintain the published pace to avoid significantly disrupting the group flow.
- Bring a snack, water and of course your helmet, lights, and Road ID.
