Event Description

Join us for a scenic loop walk through the lush native bush of the Waitākere Ranges. This route combines Exhibition Drive, Pipeline Road, Slip Track, and Beveridge Track, offering a varied mix of forest, views, and tranquil surroundings.
We'll start at the Arataki Centre car park and follow the trail, enjoying a 30-minute lunch break at the Beveridge Track Lookout around 12:30 pm.
This spot offers excellent views over the Lower Nihotupu Reservoir and the Manukau Harbour.
Toilets are available at the Arataki Visitor Centre.

What to Bring

• Good walking shoes or hiking boots
• Weather-appropriate clothing and rain jacket. No jeans.
• Hat and sunscreen
• Water (at least 1.5–2 litres)
• Lunch and snacks
