State of the City 2026 Presented by FASTSIGNS and The Boeing Co.
Details
Get on the pitch. Everett is hitting its stride.
The State of Everett is where the full lineup comes together. Business leaders, city leadership, major employers, developers, and community partners all in one room, focused on what’s been built, what’s underway, and what’s coming next.
Delivered by Mayor Cassie Franklin and hosted by the Greater Everett Chamber of Commerce, this annual address is Everett’s playbook for the year ahead. It’s a clear look at priorities that matter to business, from public safety and housing to infrastructure, workforce, and economic growth.
Everett is hitting a home run moment. The city is investing in a new outdoor stadium, celebrating championship baseball, welcoming professional men’s and women’s soccer, and preparing to host an official FIFA Fan Zone in 2026. More importantly, the city is executing with purpose, teamwork, and momentum across neighborhoods and the local economy.
This is the room where deals start, partnerships form, and visibility matters. The conversations before and after the address are just as valuable as what’s shared from the stage.
