[Hike] Greenwood South, 7-8kms, 1.5hrs

We will be hiking the South section of Greenwood forest at a moderate pace for 7-8 kms/1.5 hrs.

We will hike along the river, through the forest, up a staircase, up or down a hill with ropes, and then maybe find an old mountain bike trail.

Please dress for the weather, wear sturdy hiking boots or shoes, and bring 1L of water.

Note: We will be meeting at the South entrance off Grreenwood

Greenwood Conservation is a great spot for a hike. Just 20 minutes east of Toronto, this park offers you a chance to escape to nature along the banks of Duffin's Creek. Hiking trails allow you to explore the forest of the steep-sided river valley.
