Chatbots have been the hot topic in tech in the last year. There are predictions they will disrupt mobile apps as the way people get their information from media. Should you be all over them or ignoring them as hype?
ABC News launched a new chatbot on Facebook Messenger last November and has some real-world experience to share. Join us and the ABC News mobile team to learn about what bots are, how audiences react to them and how they shape up against apps, websites and email for communicating with a mobile audience.
