• The weekly studies and exercises of the Rosicrucian Order, AMORC cover the ancient Greek philosophers.
• In this spirit, we note that the teachings of the Pythagoreans, Socrates, and Plato have a remarkable transmission through Plato’s account in the Timaeus.
• In this teleconference, Hugh McCague will lead us in considering one of the key features of that text; namely, the Platonic solids and their expression of the sacred through geometry and mathematics.
• To illustrate the point, we will explore how these special structures assist us to go deeper into knowledge of the microcosm and macrocosm.
