Silver & Stones Rings - Bezel Setting Stones for Beginners

This silversmithing class is a good first class or as a second class after learning to make a simple band ring. In this class we will create a band ring and introduce new tools for setting stones in a silver bezel.

We will design and solder together a combination of silver wire and bezel(s) to create settings for assorted cabochons ranging from turquoise or other stones to reptilian dragon eyes or even mood rings.

This class has more soldering involved than our other jewelry classes and is a great opportunity to practice this essential skill.
