Meetup #13: Graphics, Graphics, Graphics!

Details
This meetup: graphics, graphics, graphics! Gabriel Ortega will be presenting A Practical Guide to Building a Renderer, while Macoy Madson will be showing his Raspberry Pi GPU inspector/simulator and demonstrating how its single-header implementation made it easy to port to any platform.
We have a different venue this time and you must RSVP. More details at the bottom of the event description.
Agenda:
- 2-3:30pm: Graphics talks & discussion
- 3:30-4pm: Project updates, demos, and topics from the group
- 4pm - whenever: Grab some food and hang out
Write in the comments or message a host if you want to have something to demo, discuss, or present for the first half of the meetup!
What we do
Presentations on lower-level, foundational programming topics, ethical software, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and discussion.
Who we are:
We are all about handmade software. Rather than focus on frameworks, heavy abstractions, and buzzwords - we typically create projects or research topics that build an understanding of foundational computing concepts, essential data structures, and hardware/software interaction.
What to bring?
Bring a laptop, project, or just a curious mind. If you're not sure you're ready to contribute, don't worry: we're all here to share our passions and hone our craft.
If you arrive late:
Please enter the room quietly as to not disrupt anyone that is presenting. You can take any empty seat. We will have a sign with the word "Handmade" outside of the meeting room.
Finding Us:
We will be in the Western Market building on the 10th floor. For this meetup, RSVP is required.
Returning guests, note this is close to our usual library location.
Sponsored by Beltway Bits.
