Hi, my name is Lisa, I'm the owner of Live Happy Coaching and The Beauty Boost Flagstaff. I'm a Certified Happiness Coach and Mental Fitness trainer that helps women live happier lives. If you fit this description, you most likely have spent a good portion of your life worrying about other people's happiness.
The focus of this group is to offer you a variety of ways to improve your self-care. Self-care is not selfish, it's self-full. When you fill yourself up with things that make you happy, you can give freely without feeling burnout or stress.
I will host events focused on Mindful Movement - exercise that feels good, Mental Fitness - strengthening your mind so you can be less reactive to stressful events, and scientifically proven strategies from the Science of Happiness.
I am excited to share this space with you so we can learn and grow together.
