Hike & Meditate

Details
Spend your Sunday morning away from the noise and steeped in nature. In this guided experience, we'll combine the grounding power of nature, with the calming power of breathwork and meditation. You'll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and happier.
We'll start the morning with a walk around Tynehead Park's beautiful meadow and forest areas on the banks of the Serpentine River. The sounds of the rushing river, birds chirping, and swaying trees will soothe the senses and re-balance your mind and body. The walk will be gentle and easy, and all levels of hikers are welcome.
We'll finish with an introduction to breathwork and meditation at the viewpoint - beginner meditators are welcome. The techniques you'll learn will help you manage anxiety, improve mental clarity and productivity, and bring forward a renewed sense of joy and balance.
What You’ll Experience During Our Time Together:
- A walk through nature to soothe the senses and boost your mood
- Practical breathing exercises to melt stress, boost energy, and sharpen focus
- A chance to connect with others on the same journey toward well-being
