What we’re about
The goal of the group is to meet new people that have an interest in playing harmonica of all types and levels. We are hoping to collaborate with each other to inspire each other to learn more about all things harmonica including playing, performing, practicing, harmonica maintenance, types, harp gear etc.
We will discuss old timers that have come before us that have pioneered and perfected tone, timing, and the recording of great records that remain popular and have stood the test of time. We will discuss peoples experiences along their harmonica journey, hopefully to help others along the way as a beginner or intermediate player to exchange ideas of what may have or have not helped. Most importantly to keep the instrument in the forefront of the music community and to respect and cherish it as a very versatile well liked instrument with the ability to shape many unique sounds and percussive rhythms.
