Date: Saturday, November 8, 7-9amLocation: Meet at Black Sheep Coffee, 80 E Market St, Harrisonburg VA, 22801
What to expect: Get active and meet someone new! This 30-minute, 3-mile jog around Downtown Harrisonburg will begin and end at Black Sheep Coffee, starting at 7am. Cool down at Black Sheep afterwards with a 60-minute round table discussion hosted and organized by Magnum Opus Coaching around movement and beginning to run, followed by a 30-minute meet and greet. Guest speakers include Dr. Dave Glazer and Dr. Adam Van Nortwick

Recommended Parking: There is parking available downtown with the nearest parking deck being the Elizabeth Street (100-198 E Elizabeth St, Harrisonburg, VA 22801). Street parking is available on E Market St.

What to expect: Meet us at the Friendly City Food Co-op cafe area to get your morning started right. They will have FREE coffee and perhaps some breakfast bars or snacks. Seating available to meet and mingle with new people in a laid-back and quiet atmosphere. Note that the Friendly City Food Co-op opens at 8am so please be patient for the doors to open.
