Haverhill Real Estate Guild Meetup

Greetings everyone! Sorry for any confusion here. The Roma said they CANNOT accommodate us for tomorrow evening. Josh and I scrambled to try to land us at another restaurant location and we were unable on short notice. Tomorrow night we will be meeting at Four Points Office located at 3 S Central St Haverhill, MA 01835. We are the building with the little clock tower located directly behind Mediterranean Pizza and Roast Beef. I will grab some waters and sodas; for anyone that wants to eat, feel free to bring something or you can walk over to Mediterranean and bring something back. Sorry for any inconvenience, looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow night. We will be working towards finding a new permanent location for next month and going forward. Any questions, reach out to Andrew. This month we will be hosting Attorney Michael J. Baldassarre, Esq who will be discussing some new case law pertaining to Massachusetts evictions. Specifically 90 day limits on agreements and executions. As always, we will be discussing the state of the market and networking with the group.
