Yoga + Sound Meditation Under the Oaks
Start your week with a peaceful reset! Join us every Monday at 9:00 AM for a 1-hour Yin Yoga session followed by a calming Sound Meditation under the largest oak tree in Central Park, near the Shipley Nature Center.
✨ Slow down, stretch deeply, and soak in the healing sounds. All levels are welcome—bring your mat, water, and an open heart.
