I have GREAT news for you! You can heal and become SECURELY attached!
Our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours come from our beliefs. People are insecurely attached because they have subconscious limiting beliefs. These subconscious limiting beliefs were often formed during childhood, when the primary caregivers did not attend to the kids' emotional needs consistently. Over time, kids are programmed to have insecure traits such as people-pleasing, conflict-avoidant, unable to be vulnerable, or fear of closeness.
In this Bootcamp, I will help you reprogram your subconscious limiting belief into positive belief, so that you can have healthier thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and work towards being securely attached!
I will show you expert techniques and tools that help you reprogram your subconscious limiting beliefs. Depends on how deep the limiting belief is, but normally it takes around 1 month to reprogram each limiting belief.
In the first three sessions, I will hear each of your stories and challenges, uncover each of your limiting beliefs, and guide each of you in creating your own reprogramming routine. Then for the next four weeks, I will work with you on fine-tuning the reprogramming process, listen to your needs, respond to your questions, provide emotional and practical support, and guide you through this shift! To achieve this life-changing transformation, it is very important that the participants are committed to putting in 10-15 minutes per day for the whole month and attending all sessions. During the journey, we will also have a great like-minded community for support and motivation. Finally, at the end of the month, we will reflect on the beautiful journey we go on together, share wins and opportunities, and celebrate together!
