What we’re about
You don’t only need to talk about your trauma to heal.
You also need to release it from your body.
This healing circle is a trauma-informed, body-based space for adult children of dysfunctional, emotionally immature, or narcissistic families. If you grew up carrying the emotional weight of your caregivers — as the fixer, the golden child, the scapegoat, the invisible one — you may still be holding those patterns in your fascia, nervous system, voice, and breath.
If you've explored your story, named your trauma, and done the inner work — but still feel stuck, disconnected, or physically unwell — this group offers a gentle shift into embodied healing.
We begin where the body is now, not where the mind got stuck.

Who This Group Is For
This space is for adults who:
- Grew up in emotionally immature, neglectful, or enmeshed families
- Are working to release guilt, fear, or self-blame around setting boundaries
- Are exhausted from people-pleasing, fixing, or shrinking themselves
- Feel the toll of hypervigilance, shutdown, or emotional suppression in their body
- Are ready to heal from the bottom up — not just intellectually
- Crave a soft, spiritual, somatically aware space to reconnect with themselves
No diagnosis is required. No trauma story needs to be shared.
Your nervous system already knows what needs to be healed — we’re just giving it the space and safety to do so.

A Note from Natalie
I’m Natalie — a Healing & Embodiment Coach, certified yoga therapist, and MA in Psychology. But more importantly, I’m a deeply sensitive woman who spent most of my life carrying emotional weight that wasn’t mine. I’m no longer performing, fixing, or twisting myself to be loved — and I hold this space so you don’t have to either.
This is a sacred place to slow down, listen inward, and honor your healing as the brave, layered, spiritual journey that it is.

OnlinePeople Pleasing
Note: This is an experiential practice, not an informative lecture. In this session you’ll be gently guided into body-based techniques to feel, acknowledge, and release stored emotions.
Event Description:
Do you ever catch yourself saying “yes” when every part of you wants to say “no”?
Or feel a wave of guilt when you try to set a boundary?
Maybe you constantly wonder if others are upset with you — even when you’ve done nothing wrong. If that sounds familiar, your body might still be running the old program of people pleasing — a pattern that once kept you safe, but now leaves you tired, resentful, and disconnected from yourself.
In this gentle somatic healing circle, we’ll explore what it feels like to stop performing and start listening to your body’s truth. Through grounding, guided inner work, and somatic future pacing, you’ll begin to rewire how safety feels inside your nervous system — from needing approval to trusting your own authenticity.
This is not about becoming harder or colder. It’s about becoming truer.
It’s about remembering that peace comes from within, not from pleasing others. What to Expect
- A gentle, body-centered exploration of the people-pleasing pattern Grounding practices to create internal safety and presence
- Guided somatic journey and visualization for embodied healing
- Space for reflection, release, and reconnection with your authentic self
Come As You Are:

Trauma-informed. Nervous-system aware. Body-based healing.### Core Principles of Trauma-Informed Practice
- Safety – Physical, emotional, and energetic safety are prioritized. People aren’t pushed to do anything that feels overwhelming.
- Choice – Participants have agency; they can opt in or out of any practice, change positions, or just observe without pressure.
- Collaboration – The facilitator and participants are in a shared experience, rather than a top-down “expert/subject” dynamic.
- Empowerment – Focus is on strengths, resilience, and self-trust rather than on deficits or “fixing.”
- Cultural Humility – Recognizing and respecting that people’s experiences, beliefs, and bodies are shaped by diverse backgrounds.

### Why It Matters for Healing
- Many trauma survivors are hyper-aware of threat cues (tone of voice, body language, abrupt changes), so being mindful of these creates a safe space where healing can actually happen.
- The nervous system learns safety through experience, not just logic — so a calm, respectful, choice-based space helps the body downshift out of survival mode.
- Avoiding re-traumatization means you don’t accidentally trigger someone into reliving their trauma through overly intense, invasive, or fast-paced practices.

Many of us learned to prove, perform, or please in order to feel worthy of love and belonging.
But your worth has never been something to earn—it’s something to remember.
In this experiential Healing Circle, we’ll explore what it feels like to embody innate worthiness in the body rather than chase it in the mind. Together, we’ll move gently through breath, somatic awareness, and reflection to reclaim the truth that you are—and have always been—enough.
What to Expect:
- Guided grounding and breathwork to settle the nervous system
- Somatic exploration focused on the solar plexus (center of self-worth and confidence)
- Gentle movement and posture as we pendulate between collapse and expansion
- Reflective journaling prompts to uncover where you’ve dimmed your light or sought approval
- Closing body-talk practice to anchor the feeling of “I am enough” within your body
You’ll leave with a renewed sense of self-trust, empowerment, and connection to your inner light.
Please bring: a journal, something to write with, and a comfortable space to sit or lie down.
