Come a share an evening of relaxation with us, enjoy the heart opening properties of cacao as we gather together in circle. Followed by gentle breath work and sound bath experience.

Sound baths can reduce stress and anxiety by calming the nervous system and lowering cortisol levels. They may also improve sleep, mental clarity, and mood, and help alleviate minor aches and tension through the relaxing effects of vibrations. Some studies suggest sound therapy can also positively affect the body's natural healing processes, improve immune function, and help manage chronic pain.

Please bring with you blankets and cushions and a yoga mat for your own comfort, as sound baths are best enjoyed lying down. There are chairs available for attendee’s with mobility issues.
