Heart Light Magic: Walking and Meditation in Nature Group

This month's theme: Aligning with Peace and Wellbeing

In this workshop, you'll be able to explore a variety of elements that can help to allow for an amazing life, getting in touch with your inner Light, and from there, allowing inspired actions to guide you in creating the life of your dreams.

Each workshop will begin with a power point, reviewing a variety of elements that will help to create an amazing life based on the theme for the month. Afterwards, there will be a guided meditation, followed by some time for the group to share any new insights or inspiration that may have arisen for each participant during the meditation or workshop.

Topics will vary from month to month but may include the following: Developing a heart of love and gratitude, cultivating self-love and care, designing the life of your dreams, living with passion and purpose, learning to flow more through challenges, working through limiting beliefs, fears, blockages, and creating space to allow for even more goodness to flow in.

Please join us for an uplifting and inspiring discussion as we explore the topic of starseeds, with some highlights from the book, "Soul Love" by Sanaya Roman.

Each session will include a summary with highlights from the book, some time for reflection, and then we will discuss the topic, allowing everyone an opportunity to share insights or other inspiring ideas related to the theme for the evening. I'm hoping that you can join us for some wonderful discussions to delve into some simple, yet powerful spiritual principles that can easily be applied to create more joy, fulfillment, and abundance in all areas of your life.

This group will be open to all people regardless of belief system, with the main focus of the discussions being on how to further align with one's "Heart Light Magic" qualities of Light, Love, Joy, Peace, and so forth, and helping us all to get in touch with this magic at an even deeper level. It can also be a wonderful support group as people go through challenges, to uplift each other as we learn and grow to see life in new and inspiring ways.
