Let the healing presence of horses guide you gently through the journey of grief, whether from loss, change, endings, or the ache of something unnamed. In their stillness, horses offer unconditional acceptance and a powerful mirror for our emotional truth without judgment.
Join us for a Heart-Centered, Equine-Assisted experience designed to support the healing processing and awaken restorative energy from within.

What You'll Experience:
Guided hands-on connection with horses in a calm and natural setting offering a safe and compassionate space to explore sorrow and loss. Grounded practices to restore nervous system's balance and reconnect with your inner strength and peace.

· Quieting your thoughts, embodying your surroundings and being fully present moment to moment.
· Practicing Being rather than Doing, slowing oneself to bring about a deep state of Self-Awareness - Mindfulness.
· Engaging your energy flow and releasing blocked pathways while working within the meridians and chakras systems of the horses.
· Learning the art of nonverbal communication and the subtle language and messages revealed between equines to humans – heart to heart.

Workshop Details:
*Please note the activities with the horses are on the ground only. No experience is needed. The fee will include snacks, light lunch, beverages and the creative materials required for each full-day retreat.

Kim is a Professional Equine Practitioner and Director of Standing Horse, LLC. An Equine Assisted Coaching and Learning Modality, offering “Hearts To Hearts With Horses” - adult private sessions, workshops and retreats and “Standing Strong with Horses” - kids and teen programs.
She holds certifications in Equine Coaching and Education, Equine Facilitated Learning and Therapy, Therapeutic Riding Instructor, Center Riding Instructor and Professional Equine Trainer in the "True Nature of the Horse."
