These gentle yet profound approaches can be personalized to align with each individual’s beliefs, creating a space of peace and reassurance.
For those interested in personal and spiritual growth, we also offer training to become a certified Heartspace or Clear Light Guide. As a guide, you’ll learn how to assist individuals and families in finding a peaceful heart and clear mind during times of transition.

(Look for Early Bird Discount Code on web page)Our 2.5 hour morning Silent Simplicity Mindfulness Retreat will include: basic sitting meditation instruction, conscious breathing, quiet sitting & walking, voice meditation, and noble silence. This special event will take place at the beautiful Mansfield Freeman Center for East Asian Studies, 343 Washington Terrace in Middletown, CT. This will be a perfect opportunity to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit overlooking a harmoniously balanced and unique Zen garden setting.

Home of Spectral Voices member, TBA, Glastonbury, CT, USSpectral Voices cultivate the fascinating art of overtone singing - each person singing 2 or more notes at once (aka throat singing).
Meeting Monday eves 7:30-9:30 pm in Glastonbury to practice and improvise original music through such singing styles.
