Hemel Social is a friendly social & friendship group who welcomes all. Maybe you're new to the area, kids have flown the nest, had a change in circumstances or you just want to get out more, try new things or places & make some more friends. Join us if you want to meet new people, socialise, make new friends, have fun & try new things.
Don't be shy take the plunge & you'll soon make friends & have an improved & active social life. We hold multiple events every week.
Social activities could include meeting for coffee, drinks, eating out, pub nights, live music, dancing, theme nights, cinema, theatre, comedy, arts & crafts, day trips, race days, bowling, quiz nights, games, book club, walks, picnics, afternoon tea, escape rooms, disc/footgolf, bike rides, skating, trampolining, snowboarding or any other sports & leisure activities, museums, galleries, day trips, charity events and much more. Events can be daytime, evening, midweek or weekends in the local area or beyond. Members are also encouraged to host events. The more event hosts we have the more events there will be for you to attend. You don't have to host loads of events just once or twice a year would help. Contact one of the organisers if you are interested & want help with this.
⚠️ All members are required to keep their RSVP's up to date & MUST change it to "Not Going" as soon as possible if they can no longer attend.
Don't be shy we're a nice friendly social group and when you're ready you might want to join our group of hosts & organise occasional events as well. Don't just sit at home on your own, come out, start making new friends & join in the fun.

Parking is limited on Sopwell Lane but not impossible. there is also a car park on Keyfield Terrace which is a short walk away or there are also spaces and can park on the single yellow lines on the main road (Holywell Lane)

This event is not led by a qualified instructor and is not covered by insurance so all attendees do so at their own discretion.
Please come prepared in adequate footwear and clothing. We will stroll for around an hour or so and go for refreshments after.🅿️ Parking
