XXVII Karlštejnké Vinobraní

After having a blast celebrating Znojemské Historické Vinobraní :D we would like to invite you to celebrate with us the XXVII Karlštejnské Vinobraní "The historic wine festival under Karlštejn Castle".

The path to the castle is lined with stalls reminiscent of period shops. The highlight of the two-day event is a parade in stylized costumes, when the Holy Roman Emperor and Czech King Karel IV, who would have celebrated his 708th birthday this year, accompanied by his wife, Empress Eliška of Pomerania, as well as his entourage set out from the Karlštejn vineyards and pass through the village on their way to the castle.

Visitors to Karlštejn can expect a rich program from the Middle Ages, wine tastings and culinary specialties, a knightly tournament and a performance by magicians.
