The hike starts at Oberriet train station at 9:35. We will then walk to Altstätten. We must reach it before 7:30 p.m, if we want to get to the carnaval parade on time. I think we have enough time. If we arrive to early, there are some concerts before.

The hike starts before the train station in Bitsch at 9:30
you need to be fit and have good hiking shoes.
We need to reach the castle before the concert begins at 6:00 p.m., so let’s aim to finish the hike by 5:30 p.m

hike next to castle Schauensee after its visit
