After a huge success, we're back with the second edition! Put yourself on the waiting list because will manually put people on going to make sure there is a balance between photographers and non-photographers

A casual city photowalk for photographers, models, and explorers looking to connect in a relaxed, social setting. Whether you're into street photography, portraits, or just want to explore Amsterdam with a creative crew (and get some great photos), this is for you!
Bring your camera or phone, a comfy outfit, and an open mind. This isn’t your typical city tour, it’s a walk designed to capture portraits and moments as we explore parks, watersides, and urban spots! Keep this in mind when joining!

Get ready for a fun, laid-back afternoon with awesome people from different communities around Amsterdam! This community is participating in the monthly XXL picnic in Noorderpark!

Every community adds something to the event, so we are organising City Walk before the picnic. Join us from Amsterdam Central Station to walk to Noorderpark. It’s a great way to explore the city, take some pictures and warm up for the social vibes ahead. Before heading to the park, we go to a supermarket to grab some drinks and food for the picnic.

What to expect at the picnic:

• Bring your own drinks & snacks
• Jam session for musicians bring your instrument!
• Play fun games (You can bring your cards, sport equipment etc) or just relax in the grass
• A Philosophy corner. Deep topics only!
• Language exchange. Time to practice your Dutch or any other language!
• Most importantly, meet new people and connect across communities

• Picnic start time: 3pm at Noorderpark ( Live location will be shared in WhatsApp group, so make sure to be on it.)

• This meetup will get crowded (100+ people)! If you would like a smaller group, come early, before the majority arrives (usually little later). After the meetup, people go for dinner or party.

Join us for a peaceful and scenic hike through the beautiful Ankeveense Plassen: a nature-rich route with water views, open skies, and dutch villages. Dogs are allowed.

📍 Meeting Point:

• Option 1: Meet us at Bussum Zuid Station at 10:15 AM
• Option 2: Travel together from Amsterdam Central Station, 9:41 AM train from platform 10b

🗺️ The Route:
We’ll hike from Bussum Zuid to Weesp, passing through the stunning landscapes of the Ankeveense Plassen. The route is flexible:

• Hike 10 km, then take the bus to Weesp station
• Or challenge yourself with the full 20 km all the way to Weesp on foot

Make sure to bring food and drinks, because I'm not sure if there will be restaurants/supermarkets. Majority of the hike is in nature.

Reminder: Hike means long walk. The walk is going to take long, but we will have enough breaks to take pictures and eat.

• What to bring:
• Water and snacks
• A camera (or phone camera) if you’d like to take photos
• Comfortable walking shoes, preferably boots because the paths can be muddy and through grass/sand.
• Sun protection
• A good mood! 😊

Other info:

• this event depends on the weather. If the weather isn't good enough , we have to cancel it. The ground gets muddy with rain.
