Tibble Fork to Silver Lake
tibble fork reservoir , American Fork Canyon, American Fork, UT, USHike from vicinity of Tibble Fork up to Silver Flat Reservoir, then onward to Silver Lake, then return by same route. We will meet at the dirt area to the east of the Tibble Fork Reservoir main parking area, where W Granite Flat Campground Rd forks off from American Fork Canyon Rd. The trailhead is a bit further down American Fork Canyon Rd, but we will walk to it from the meeting point. Bring water, something to snack on, layers of clothes (will start chilly, but you will warm up as we go. Hiking boots/hiking shoes recommended. Bring poles if you like. All Trails says Silver Lake is off limits to dogs.)

Climbing at Sandy Momentum

You must have a UIAA certified harness, carabiner, ATC or other belay device. (Or you can rent them there.) Chalk optional. If you are leading, you should bring a dynamic rope that is in good condition for a potential lead fall. I am top rope only certified and don’t have a rope at this time.
Cost to join us is free, but Momentum is a gym and you do have to pay to get in. Refer to their website for prices. Message me if you have any questions, concerns, or if you need a buddy pass.
