Join us for an adventurous overnight hike through the beautiful wilderness of Bredfjället nature reserve in Ljungkile this weekend! We’ll be hiking from Saturday to Sunday (overnight), immersing ourselves in nature and enjoying the peaceful outdoors.
🚌 Meeting point & transport:
We will meet at Nils Ericson Terminalen at 10:00 and we will take the bus 841. This bus leaves at 10:21 and arrives at Ljungskile station at 11:11. Zone ABC Västtrafik ticket from Gothenburg .
You can join us at start point of the hiking trail .
From there we will start to hike in Bredfjället nature reserve and then back to start point.
We should be able to take the bus back to Göteborg at 14:23 at Ljungskile station and will be in Göteborg at 15:23.
🥾 Hike details:
- Day 1: ~16 km hike
- Day 2: ~8 km hike
- We’ll set up camp somewhere along the trail and enjoy a night under the stars (or in a shelter!).
🎒 What to bring:
- Backpack
- Sleeping bag & sleeping pad
- Tent
- Enough food and water for two days
- Suitable clothes and shoes for hiking
- Headlamp
- Good vibes and a love for nature!
⚠️ Important Notes:
- The shelter is first come, first served, and we cannot guarantee there will be space. It’s strongly recommended to bring a tent in case the shelter is already taken.
- This hike is not for absolute beginners. You must be in good physical condition and comfortable with hiking long distances while carrying your gear. Please assess your own capability before signing up.
