Hi All!
Josh will be leading us on the Little Stony Man Trail before heading to Death Ridge Brewery. This trail is not 🐶 friendly 😢 .
NOTE: Comment below if you are carpooling and with who so we can keep tabs on the car situation since parking is limited. Entrance fee is $30 per vehicle into Shenandoah National Park or consider getting an Annual National Park Pass ($80).
The trail is moderate for a half mile that is rocky and some mild ups and downs at 4,000’ (3.3 miles total, 807’ elevation gain), and we will take some extra time at the 2 overlooks to enjoy the views of the Shenandoah Valley. Boots with ankle support strongly recommended. We should be done by 11-11:30 which will give us an hour to get back to the brewery. Death Ridge advertises live music all day, serves hot dogs and pizza, and has a food truck every Saturday.
