*MEET TIME CHANGED TO 8AM*Bike Ride Albany County Rail Trail 15+-miler

* Forecast is for high heat and humidity, meet time moved to 8AM. Please hydrate well before the event and bring plenty of fluids/electrolytes.*

Not for beginners. This is 15+-miles bike ride and includes an uphill grade on the return ride from Albany. The pace will be leisurely, if some would like to go faster we may divide into two groups.

15+- miles RT out and back bike ride on the Albany County Helderberg Hudson rail trail starting 8AM at Hilton Road in New Scotland where it intersects the rail trail,(Park at the big barn lot) then east to Albany and back. **** Experienced, fit riders only and helmets required**** Also, wear bright outer layer and have a bike bell.
