This challenging yet rewarding trail offers stunning views over the valley and the surrounding mountains, making it one of the most scenic hikes in Ireland. If you're craving nature, fresh air, and a bit of a workout, this is the perfect Saturday escape.
What to Expect:
🏞️ Route: The Spinc Loop – approx. 9km with some steep sections, wooden boardwalks, and rewarding panoramas. We’ll explore the best of what Glendalough has to offer.
🧍‍♀️ Group Size: Limited to 25 participants – make sure to RSVP early!
⏱️ Duration: The hike will take approximately 3-4 hours, depending on the pace of the group.
Important Reminders:
🔸 This is a moderately challenging hike, so be sure to wear proper hiking boots – no runners or jeans please.
🔸 Dress for the unpredictable Irish weather with waterproof gear (rain jacket and pants recommended).
🔸 Bring at least 1 liter of water, snacks, and energy for a great adventure!
