The three career mindsets and which of these you have been using to date.
The difference between working IN your career and ON it - and why both matter if you want sustainable success.
How you can start to break down the nebulous task of “owning your career” into manageable chunks you can do something about.
How effectively you are managing your career development today and where you could improve.
Some concrete action steps you can take immediately after the session to progress in a direction that’s right for you.
During the session we will use a personalised report / Career Intelligence Scorecard (free) that you can take away with actionable tips etc.

This will be a fun and lively session facilitated by Anita Rolls, founder of the Career Intelligence Academy and ICF Master Certified Coach.
