Marimekko “Field of Flowers” Exhibition

Finnish lifestyle design house Marimekko will bring their touring Asia Pacific exhibition, Field of Flowers, to The Mills in Hong Kong. This marks the brand’s first major exhibition in Hong Kong, showcasing artworks by five new generation prints designers who interpret Marimekko’s iconic floral prints through their personal styles.

Exclusive limited-edition products featuring these new designs will be available for purchase at the pop-up store.

The Mills is a landmark revitalisation project inspired by Hong Kong’s illustrious history as a global textile hub. It aims to integrate art and culture into the community and weave a unique cultural and artistic experience for visitors.

This exhibition not only celebrates Marimekko’s debut in Hong Kong, but also symbolises the fusion of contemporary textile print art with Hong Kong’s creative cultural spaces. Visitors are invited to explore the shared heritage, craftsmanship, and cultural significance of both Finland and Hong Kong through a variety of innovative artworks and interactive activities.
